Looking to represent the Mexican culture behind their restaurant, El Beso tasked me with creating two murals:

 

The first was to represent a handful of Mexican artists. The artists chosen were Carlos Santana, Julieta Venegas, Octavio Paz, and Rosario Castellanos. This mural was actually created in several steps, the background was painted separately from the illustrated portraits, and the two were then combined digitally and vinyl wrapped on the wall.

The second was of a jimador, the hard working farmer of the agave plant. This mural was also created using a less traditional means; the painting was done small scale on canvas, blown up digitally and vertically printed on the wall.
